Creation

Pictures, clips, sound, a timeline editor, 3D worlds, ad campaigns and workflows in one place, with every version of every piece and the price shown before anything is spent.

One place for everything you make

Creation is in the sidebar, under Home. Its heading says what it holds: images, video and the whole editing suite. The page has four parts: your Projects on the left, the canvas in the middle, the model settings on the right, and Mori docked on the far right on the project's own thread. The Mori button shows or hides her.

The tabs, in order:

  • Image: make a picture from words, or edit one (Edit, Variations, Upscale).
  • Video: a clip from words, from a picture, or from a clip, and the Shot list.
  • All providers: every image, video and sound model you have set up, side by side, or let Mori choose.
  • Editor: the timeline editor.
  • Worlds: interactive 3D worlds. See Worlds.
  • Ads: brand kits, campaigns and your ad numbers. See Ads.
  • Workflows: a visual builder that chains steps together.
  • Library: everything you have made, with its versions.

The More tools menu reaches the rest: editing a video by hand or with Mori, captions, a vertical reel, handing a cut to Premiere, music for a video, a 3D model from a picture, and your creative apps (Blender, After Effects, Photoshop). Most of these open a thread with the request typed in, for you to send.

Making a picture or a clip

One prompt box holds the words, a start picture, style and shape, the price, and Make. Cmd+Enter (Ctrl+Enter on Windows) makes it too. What Mori sends shows the full text of the request, so nothing goes out that you cannot read.

The settings panel shows only what the chosen model supports:

  • Shape, size, how many, and style.
  • References, each marked Subject or Style, up to the model's own limit.
  • For clips: length, motion, camera and sound.
  • More settings: a seed, what to leave out, and which project to file it under.

The model picker lists the models of every provider you have set up, and takes any OpenRouter model id you type.

Or ask in the chat

You do not have to open Creation to use it. Ask in any thread ("make it golden hour", "turn it into a 15 second commercial", "build a showroom where I can move everything") and the work runs as a job in Creation. The result lands in the Library, ready to change, and a world opens in Worlds.

The Editor

The Editor is a timeline editor: the bin on the left, the preview in the middle, the inspector on the right, the timeline across the bottom, and one Export.

  • The timeline has video, sound and title tracks. Drag a clip to move it, drag an edge to trim it, and edges snap.
  • Space plays, S splits at the playhead, Delete removes, the arrow keys step one frame, and Cmd+Z undoes.
  • The inspector sets start and end, speed, volume, fades, and a transition in (dissolve, fade to black, slide, zoom). Position, size, opacity and rotation take keyframes.
  • Cut to a reference measures a video you like and lays your clips on its shot lengths.
  • Ask Mori to edit this hands the project to her, and her changes show live in the open project.

Export writes MP4 (H.264), TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube 1080p, Square 1080, WebM (VP9), ProRes or GIF.

Shot lists and changing a clip

The Shot list turns a script you paste, or a brief Mori writes from, into shots, each with a length, words on screen and a voiceover line. Make or redo any shot, animate a still, then Assemble builds an Editor project from the takes you chose.

From a clip changes a clip you already have with FLUX Video Edit, Runway Aleph 2 or FLUX Video Upscale. Smoothing a clip to 48 or 60 frames a second runs on your computer, free.

Sound

Speech, sound effects and music come from the All providers tab, from the Voiceover and Music steps in Workflows, and from More tools. ElevenLabs makes speech, sound effects and music; music asked for in the chat runs on Lyria through OpenRouter or on ElevenLabs.

Workflows

Workflows is a visual builder. Press a step's right dot, then another step's left dot, to connect them; press an arrow to remove it. The steps are Make, Edit, Upscale, Animate, Smooth motion, Voiceover, Music, Assemble and Export.

Run runs the steps in order and Stop halts before the next one. When a step fails, everything after it is skipped, so nothing is paid for on a missing input. Run again reuses every result that has not changed. A workflow saves as you edit it.

The Library and versions

The Library keeps every picture and clip made in Creation or in a chat. Filter it by pictures, clips, favourites, project or collection, search it, compare two side by side, and delete with a confirmation.

Every piece has a numbered Versions strip (v1, v2 and on), a Change it in words box, and Where it came from: each step that led to it, such as made, edited, upscaled, animated or cut. A change always makes a new version and leaves the old one as it was. Ready changes such as "Change the lighting to golden hour" or "Make it night" are one press away.

Projects group the work: All work at the top, then each project with its cover, how many pieces it holds and when it last changed. Create, rename and delete projects; deleting one asks first and keeps every piece in the Library. Drag a piece from the Library onto a project to add it.

Providers and your keys

Creation runs on ten providers: OpenRouter, Runway, Google (Gemini API), OpenAI, Black Forest Labs, fal, Replicate, Luma, Stability and ElevenLabs. Use your OpenRouter key alone, or add your own keys for any of the others, several at once.

Keys go in Providers > Media, one card per provider, with:

  • the key, and a free Test of it;
  • Refresh, to read its model list again;
  • its place in the order jobs try providers, and an off switch;
  • a preference for quality, cost or speed, whether to move to the next provider when one is busy, and a default for each kind of job.

On a plan, pictures and clips can also run on the plan's credits, with no key at all.

The price comes first

The price of a job shows beside Make before anything is spent, and the header keeps a running total for the session. In Settings > Spend you can set an amount to be asked about ("Ask me before a job over"): above it, the first press turns the button into Make for $x and the second press spends. With no amount set, Make just runs. Scheduled runs never make video.

A busy provider never moves your job somewhere pricier. A job moves to another provider only when the new price is known and is no higher than the one you saw, or is under your own amount. Otherwise Mori stops and says so, and you pick where to run it. A job never moves after a provider refused the request on its content, and never after money was charged.

How much each plan makes

Pictures and clips count toward the month on any key, so the counts are fair whoever pays:

  • Free: 20 pictures and 2 clips a month, one job at a time.
  • Plus: 300 pictures and 30 clips, two at a time.
  • Pro: 800 pictures and 80 clips, three at a time.
  • Studio: 2,000 pictures and 200 clips, four at a time.
  • Max: 5,000 pictures and 500 clips, six at a time.

The full table is in Plans, credits and your own keys.
