What happens when I hit my cap?
Managed usage pauses until your session resets. Sessions run 5 hours and refill on their own. Or switch to your own keys and keep going that instant. Mori never locks the app, your files, or your memory.
Do I need an API key?
No. Subscriptions run on managed frontier models. Sign in and work. Bring a key if you want unlimited model use on Free, or you prefer your own accounts. Both work on every plan.
Which models do I get on each tier?
Free runs fast frontier models. Plus adds reasoning bursts for harder tasks. Pro makes advanced models the standard and opens our most powerful models on request. Studio runs the same models as Pro with twice the room. Max makes our most powerful models the default. With your own keys, any tier runs any model you have access to.
How do sessions and daily limits work?
Start working and a 5-hour session opens. When it ends, it refills on its own. Every tier also carries a daily ceiling. There are no overage charges. You reach a limit, you wait for the reset or flip to your own keys.
What do I need to run Mori?
A Mac on macOS 13 or later, or a PC on Windows 10 or 11. The Mac app is signed and notarized by Apple, and the Windows installer is signed by Vyridian L.L.C. Mori Link runs on iPhone and pairs to your desktop with a 6-digit code.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard. You keep your plan through the period you paid for. After that you land on Free, with its caps and no cloud sync. Everything on your machine stays where it is.
Is my data used to train models?
No. Your conversations, files, memory, and keys train nothing. Your keys stay on your machine, and on Free so does everything else; paid plans sync chats and memories to your account. Managed requests route to providers under agreements that exclude training.
