Terms of Service
Version 2026-08-11. These are the same terms the app shows on first run.
Studio Mori is made and operated by Vyridian LLC. These terms cover the Studio Mori desktop app (“the App”). How we handle data is in the Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance
By installing or using Studio Mori (“the App”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. License
Vyridian LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for lawful purposes only.
3. Your keys, or our managed usage
The App works two ways. On your own keys, you supply credentials for third-party providers (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, ElevenLabs, Discord, Telegram) and your requests go directly from your device to them: your use of those services is governed by their terms, and all usage and charges are yours. On a paid plan you may instead use managed usage, where the App sends your requests through Studio Mori’s servers to our AI providers on our account, subject to the limits of your plan. Either way, the App does not provide the underlying model services and is not responsible for them.
4. Agent and automation features
The App can act on your computer and online accounts on your instruction: files, terminal, browser, app control, sending messages, and (only with your explicit approval) purchases. You are solely responsible for the actions you authorize. Review actions before approving anything irreversible or costly. Do not use the App to violate any law or any third party’s terms.
5. Data and privacy
Your settings, keys, chats and memory are stored on your device, and your API keys are encrypted with your operating system’s keychain and are never sent to us. If you sign in on a paid plan, your conversations sync to your Studio Mori account so they follow you across devices; on the free plan, or signed out, they stay on your device. If you use managed usage, the messages in that request are relayed through our servers to our AI providers to generate the reply, and we meter that usage for billing. 6. No warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VYRIDIAN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR THIRD-PARTY CHARGES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
8. Changes and termination
These terms may be updated; continued use constitutes acceptance. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
